Taft partner Kiamesha Colom was honored with the Real Estate Lawyer of the Year Award at the REjournals 9th Annual Indianapolis CRE Summit & Awards Ceremony on May 15. This award recognizes Colom for her significant accomplishments and contributions to the real estate industry.
In addition, Taft's Indianapolis Real Estate team was honored with the Real Estate Law Firm of the Year Award, recognizing their exceptional leadership and achievements within the real estate industry.

Colom serves as the Real Estate practice group lead for the Indianapolis office. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, sale leaseback transactions, and real estate municipality work), real estate lending and commercial finance transactions, and related business transactions. Colom serves on Taft's Inclusion and Opportunity Committee and on the board of directors for the Eskenazi Health Foundation, Eskenazi Health Centers, Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, and Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Indianapolis, and has held numerous other leadership positions.
