The Office of the United States Trade Representative and Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade have appointed Daniel Pickard, shareholder and International Trade & National Security practice group leader, to serve as a panelist under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Pickard has been appointed to the panel since 2021.

The USMCA Secretariat is currently administering 23 NAFTA and USMCA disputes involving 27 U.S. companies and 4 Trade Associations, more than 858,000 U.S. workers, and more than $6.9 billion in subject merchandise.
