Taft, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the nation, welcomes Claire E. Bailey and Lauren E. Hicks to the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Bailey joins as an associate in Taft’s Employment and Labor Relations practice group. She provides counsel on a range of employment law matters, including FMLA, wage and hour and discrimination issues. She also has extensive experience managing complex employment claims, leading thorough investigations, and working closely with HR teams to enhance workplace effectiveness. Bailey earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in art history from Indiana University.
Hicks joins as an associate and focuses her practice on all aspects of business law. She advises clients on intricate details related to transactional matters and assists with drafting and negotiating clients’ commercial agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Hicks worked as a corporate attorney for an AM Law 100 law firm where she supported corporate clients in a variety of industries. She earned her J.D.,cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
