Intellectual Property Partner and Cannabis Team Co-Leader Brad Graveline was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2025 list of Notable Litigator & Trial Attorneys. This year’s list recognizes a select group of attorneys that are shaping Chicago’s legal landscape, from high-stakes litigation to precedent-setting appellate rulings. Honorees are chosen for their work on complex disputes, influence on legal developments nationwide, and leadership in professional organizations, mentorship and community service.

Graveline was highlighted for leading the trial team that secured a patent infringement damages award against the U.S. government, winning over $113 million for SecurityPoint Holdings in a case involving TSA security tray management. Graveline was also noted for his service on the firm’s pro bono committee and the International Trademark Association’s tech monitoring subcommittee. He is also vice president of Kids Play International, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting gender equity through children’s sports.
