Insurance and Litigation Partner Tracey K. Wishert is speaking on "Pretrial Settlement Considerations" at PLI's Pretrial Practice 2025 event. The full-day program, presented by the Practising Law Institute, takes place April 29, 2025 at PLI New York in midtown Manhattan. Tracey, along with fellow panelists Marla Alhadeff, Hon. Michael A.
