J A Kemp has been named Intellectual Property / IT Law Team of the Year at the Cambridgeshire Law Society Legal Excellence Awards 2025.

The awards were presented at Cambridgeshire Law Society's Annual Gala Dinner on Thursday 27 March at King's College, Cambridge.

This is the third time that the team has triumphed in this category, which includes IP teams in large law firms as well as specialist patent and trade mark firms like J A Kemp.

Partners, Stephen Hodsdon and Feng Rao collected the award on behalf of the firm's Cambridge office.

The firm came top in the category in 2022 and 2023 and was Highly Commended in 2024.
