This investment, backed by State Farm Ventures, Rethink Ventures, and TwinPath Ventures, marks a crucial step in advancing the capabilities and market reach of InsureVision AI, enabling it to further innovate and enhance its AI-driven solutions for the insurance sector.
Mark Miller, the founder of InsureVision AI, has previously worked with Corporate Partner Paul Rajput and the Tier 1 ranked Corporate team at Lewis Silkin when they advised him and his fellow shareholders on the sale of their digital dictation technology business Dictate.IT to Clanwilliam, a global healthcare technology and services group.
This time, the Lewis Silkin team was led by Corporate Partner, Katey Dixon with support from Associate, Leigh Taylor.
