Shulman Rogers attorney Todd Pilot secured a $3.25 million settlement for the family of an 8-year-old boy who tragically lost his life in a collision involving an ambulance.

The child was asleep in the back seat of his father's car when the ambulance driver lost control of the vehicle, causing the crash.

When the rescue squad arrived, they found the boy unresponsive and trapped in the car.
