Founded earlier this year, Marks & Clerk’s LGBT+ employee network is an initiative aimed at increasing visibility and fostering connections among our LGBT+ employees.
The network met again this week, bringing together M&C people from the LGBT+ community, those with LGBT+ family or friends, and those simply wishing to show their support as allies. It was a lovely mix of people from across the UK business, and great to see some new faces!
Among the topics of discussion were local LGBT+ events, ideas for future meetings (including a book club), and how we as allies can educate ourselves so that we can better support our LGBT+ colleagues.
