Christchurch-based Douglas leads the Firm's Employment team. In her role as an employment, health, safety, and privacy lawyer, she offers a distinct and integrated viewpoint when guiding employers through their legal responsibilities. With over two decades of legal expertise, she has advised employers in a wide array of industries on their obligations, earning her the trust of boards, CEOs, and senior management as a valued advisor.
Christchurch-based de Latour leads the Environment & Planning team and specialises in environment and planning and local government law. She is exceptionally well versed in district and regional planning processes, resource consent applications, resource management related law reform and local government legislation. While at Wynn Williams, she has spent more than a year on secondment as General Counsel to a major local government client, providing her with a unique and valued understanding of how councils work.
