Wynn Williams is delighted to announce the promotion of four new partners - Christina Twyman, Danita Ferreira,Katherine Binsted and Kate Bradley - as of 1 April 2026. Their appointment brings the number of Wynn Williams partners to 29.
Each of the Firm's newest partners brings with them a wealth of experience, spanning a range of different practice areas; Christina in regulatory litigation, Danita in corporate/commercial, Katherine in commercial property and Kate in relationship law.

Christina specialises in regulatory litigation, public and coronial inquiries, and professional disciplinary matters, regularly appearing as lead counsel in senior courts and specialist tribunals. She has considerable experience defending parties in complex regulatory prosecutions and advising regulators on their statutory obligations.
Danita is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business restructuring, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and general company law issues. She also advises clients on all aspects of commercial law, charities and not-for-profit law, and has intellectual property expertise.
Katherine has significant experience in commercial property, advising on the full lifecycle of property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, leasing arrangements, development agreements, and acting for developers and investors of rural and industrial property.
Kate specialises in relationship property, spousal maintenance, PPPR, and trust and estate disputes. She also assists clients who are looking to protect their assets prior to or during a relationship.
Christina, Danita and Kate are based in the Firm's Otautahi Christchurch office, while Katherine is in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland.
