Join us for a timely discussion on regulating employee speech rights inside and outside the workplace during an election year. We will discuss legal topics related to the regulation of employee speech, including the scope of First Amendment protections for public and private sector employers, what constitutes protected speech under the National Labor Relations Act and protections afforded by state and local governments. We will also address considerations regarding political dialogue in the workplace and best practices to address workplace conflict during election season.

The firm is an accredited provider of CLE in California, Colorado, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. We are also accredited providers of HRCI and SHRM.

This program is intended for bona fide members of management. Jackson Lewis reserves the right to limit attendance or deny registration at its discretion.
