Siskinds LLP is proud to announce that André Michael has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), an exclusive fellowship for exceptional trial lawyers from the United States and Canada.
Membership in the College is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to experienced trial lawyers who have demonstrated mastery of advocacy and are known for their highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality.
Called to the bar in 1988, André leads the health law medical malpractice group at Siskinds and is a former Director of the Advocates' Society. He represents nine provinces and territories in their health care costs recovery litigation against cigarette manufacturers.
With this honour, André joins his mentors and retired Siskinds partners, James Caskey and Scott Ritchie, as Fellows of the ACTL.
