International law firm Gowling WLG has strengthened its Data Protection and Cyber Security team with the appointment of Loretta Pugh as a partner in London.
Loretta is a specialist data protection, information governance and cyber security lawyer. Loretta covers all sectors, including tech, life sciences, financial services, energy and real estate. Her work may be domestic or international in nature.
In joining Gowling WLG, Loretta will co-lead the Data Protection and Cyber Security practice in the UK. She will support clients in navigating the many challenges associated with data use and exploitation, engaging her extensive experience of advising clients with a pragmatic and business relevant approach. Loretta has a particular interest in the exploitation of data and the use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).
She joins the firm from CMS where she was a partner for over six years.
