Our law firm is proud to announce its significant role in the successful execution of an exclusive project in collaboration with the global confectionery manufacturer of the Nutella® brand. As part of this project, a limited edition of the famous chocolate spread was released with a unique design reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

For this incredible project, the Nutella® labels featured majestic monuments and Registan Square - symbols of Uzbek history and culture, as well as the Flame Towers of Baku - the hallmark of the Azerbaijani capital.

Our firm provided comprehensive legal support, securing all necessary permissions from government bodies amidst ambiguous and opaque legislative regulations. The process of obtaining the relevant permissions in Uzbekistan was particularly challenging.

Thanks to our efforts, the global manufacturer was able to adapt its renowned product for the Uzbek market, immortalizing three jewels of Uzbek architecture on its widely recognized branded jars of chocolate spread.

However, as these landmarks are part of the national cultural heritage, their use for commercial purposes requires strict adherence to legislation and coordination with competent authorities.

Our firm conducted a thorough assessment of all legal and reputational risks associated with the project. We developed comprehensive strategies to minimize potential threats and successfully obtained the necessary permissions from the Uzbek Cultural Heritage Agency.

This process involved extensive consultations with experts, detailed justification of the project's legitimacy from the perspective of national legislation, and meticulous planning of all aspects of the project's implementation.

We are proud to have contributed to the creation of this unique and delicious initiative, the results of which are now available in all stores in Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

This project not only demonstrated our expertise in legal support for complex international projects but also became a vivid example of successful cultural and commercial interaction.
