Montréal (Canada) - Fasken is proud to announce the appointment of partner Antoine Aylwin as a Judge to the Superior Court of Québec for the district of Montréal.
Antoine joined the Firm in September 2004 after graduating with a degree in civil law from the University of Montréal and being admitted to the Québec Bar in 2003.
During his tenure at Fasken, Antoine held various leadership roles, notably as co-leader of the National Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice group. He successfully pleaded a wide range of cases before the courts, specializing in the protection of personal information, cybersecurity, access to information, economic regulation of agricultural markets, as well as language obligations, estates, and trusts. His recognized expertise earned him a distinguished place in numerous professional directories.
Antoine leaves behind a strong team that will ensure the continuity of projects and maintain the quality that has always characterized the Firm's work.
