We are pleased to announce that Hannah Tildesley has joined our Bermuda Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice as partner. Hannah joins us having built her career in international commercial litigation, contentious trusts, and insolvency.
Hannah’s experience spans banking and funds litigation, appraisal actions, director and shareholder disputes, and contentious trust disputes, including trust restructuring and blessing applications. Her expertise also covers multi-jurisdictional matters with complex cross-border issues and conflicts of law.
