cancellation / invalidity proceedings which it had filed before the
EUIPO on behalf of C.A. Papaellinas Ltd, against a Cypriot Company.
The latter had registered in its name, as an EUIPO Trade Mark, the
word "NANNYS", a well known mark belonging
to C.A. Papaellinas Ltd that had become distinctive of its
products, mainly baby diapers and baby wipes. Costs were awarded in
our favour.
