The world of gender is changing and employers are taking notice. Today's organizations increasingly welcome clients and employees who live and express gender in ways that might not be expected by established practices, policies and customs.
In this talk, Queen's University professor and leading gender diversity expert Dr. Lee Airton introduces you to the spectrum of people who are transgender and/or gender non-conforming, and offers concrete practices that you can apply right away to support gender-friendly change in your organizational culture.
