We are delighted to share the news that Sam Karim KC spoke at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on 19 May 2023 with the President (Judge, Siofra O'Leary) and a Judge of the ECHR, Tim Eicke. At this prestigious event, organised by the European Circuit, Sam with others spoke about human rights, migration, population movement and the rule of law.
Whilst also practising in international arbitration, Sam is ranked as a Band 1 leading KC in public law and human rights and authors Patterson & Karim on Judicial Review amongst other titles.
