Sabrina A. Bandali presented at the 2023International Compliance Professionals Association Europe Conferencein Amsterdam on environmental and supply chain compliance. While environmental regulation is nothing new, in recent years companies are increasingly required by their customers, management, investors and other stakeholders to be aware of and take responsibility for the environmental impact of not only their own operations, but those of the suppliers and other vendors in their supply chains.

Sabrina discussed ESG priorities and some of the new and emerging legal requirements related to supply chains, sustainability and the impacts of business activities on the environment. She also explored trends in environmental disclosure requirements from a trade compliance perspective, including risk mitigation strategies and best practices.
