Felipe started at KLA as an intern and today holds a place in the firm's society. In the interview, the partner mentions the importance of discipline, organization and proactivity in his professional career. In addition, it exposes the need to explore the points of improvement, one of the main skills to remain competitive in the labor market.
"When you're starting out you still don't have all this visibility of where you're going to end up. You are more concerned about doing your job, because you realize that you know nothing about the law and that you need to learn quickly," Felipe mentions in the interview.
