("NFT Gaming") in its initial public offering of common
stock. NFT Gaming is believed to be the first non-fungible tokens
("NFT") company to IPO. NFT Gaming is developing a
digital gaming platform and community that will offer users the
ability to mint unique avatars playable in all of the games on the
platform in the form of NFTs.
NFT Gaming is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the
symbol "NFTG" on February 15, 2023. The offering is
expected to close on February 17, 2023.
