Borsa Italiana Amends Rules Of The Market And The Related Instructions To Include New Central Counterparties Operating On MTA And ETF Plus Markets

Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the managing company of the Italian stock
exchange ("Borsa Italiana"), amended its
Rules of the Market and the related Instructions (new version
entered in force on 3 December 2018), in order to include other
central counterparties besides Cassa di Compesanzione e
Garanzia — the market's default central
counterparty, for the clearing and guarantee of contracts. Trading
members of such markets will therefore have to indicate their
preferred central counterparty.
