Delhi High Court allows listing of non-urgent/ordinary matters from 1 September 2020

The Delhi High Court had permitted filing of non-urgent/ordinary matters with the stipulation that such matters would be taken up after resumption of normal functioning of the Courts. The Delhi High Court has now directed that after scrutiny of such cases and removal of objections, if any, these cases will be listed from 1 September 2020 while restricting such number of cases between three to five before each Roster Bench.
