The CSSF Regulation provides general criteria for the organisation of the risk management system and conflicts of interest policy for specialised investment funds.

Pursuant to Article 42bis of the amended Law of 13 February 2007 on specialised investment funds, the CSSF published on 13 August 2012 CSSF Regulation n° 12-01 adopting the implementing measures of Article 42bis of the Law of 13 February 2007 on specialised investment funds as regards the requirements in respect of risk management and conflicts of interest.

The CSSF Regulation provides general criteria for the organisation of the risk management system and conflicts of interest policy for specialised investment funds.

It was published in the "Mémorial" (Luxembourg's official gazette) on 6 September 2012 and will enter into force on 1 October 2012. Specialised investment funds in existence on the day of entry into force shall comply with the requirements detailed and laid down in the CSSF Regulation by 31 December 2012.
