Czech News - Sept 96 - Announcements Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

As an administrative measure, the Ministry announced that the EU-Czech Association Council Resolutions no. 1/96 and 2/96 were signed on and taking effect from 30 January and 4 April 1996. The wording of the Resolutions is published simultaneously.

The first resolution accepts Implementation Rules for application of the Association Treaty provisions regarding economic competition, e.g. containing anti-monopoly provisions. The second one deals with the export of certain steel products from the Czech Republic to the EU.
