Slovak News - March 97 - The Act On Protection Against Import Dumping

The Act defines the principles for identifying dumping prices of imported goods and for assessing dumping damages. It also provides steps for measures to be taken to protect against the importing of dumping goods. The Act will come into effect on 1 July 1997.
