According to the relevant regulations of the State, since July 01, 2019, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will reduce the official fees for certain trademark registrations as follows:

According to the relevant regulations of the State, since July 01, 2019, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will reduce the official fees for certain trademark registrations as follows:

1. The official fee for trademark renewal will be reduced from RMB1000 to RMB500.

2. The official fee for recordal of change will be reduced from RMB250 to RMB150. The official fee will be exempted for e-filing of recordal of change.

3. The official fees will be reduced by 10% for e-filing of the following trademark matters:

Application for registration of trademark

Requesting re-issuance of a registration certificate

Recordal of assignment

Renewal of trademark registration

Additional charge for renewal in grace period

Requesting for review

Obtaining certification of a trademark registration

Application for registration of collective trademark

Application for registration of certification trademark

Requesting for opposition

Requesting for cancellation of a registered trademark

Recordal of trademark license contract
