On 27 May 2026, Unicase Central Asia signed a cooperation agreement in Beijing with Beijing Huicheng Law Firm during the “Face to Face Going Global - Kazakhstan Cooperation Exchange 2026”.

The event was jointly organised by the Beijing “Belt and Road” Integrated Service Platform and Beijing Huicheng Law Firm, bringing together representatives of government bodies, foreign-related legal service institutions, industry associations, Chinese and foreign enterprises, and professional advisers to discuss practical opportunities for China–Kazakhstan cooperation. Unicase was represented at the ceremony by Yerken Mukash, Head of Chinese Business, who signed the agreement on behalf of the firm and Sanzhar Amangeldy.

The event was also attended by representatives of Beijing Huicheng Law Firm and other participating institutions, including Fan Shiwen, Director of Beijing Huicheng Law Firm; Mr. Guo Yiting, Head of Lawyer Development and International Business Zhang Yali, Secretary General of the China and Foreign Entrepreneurs Chapter of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Xu Bo, Deputy Secretary General Cao Xiyuan, Director of the Beijing Foreign Affairs Legal Service Center and Li Shengnan, Cross-Border Tax Expert at TC Group.

As part of the programme, Yerken Mukash presented on the practical aspects of establishing and operating a business in Kazakhstan, including company registration, corporate structuring, compliance requirements, documentation, legalisation procedures, visa matters, and key legal developments relevant to foreign investors.

Sanzhar Amangeldy shared Kazakhstan’s construction and infrastructure regulatory framework, focusing on development and permitting requirements, compliance considerations, and legal requirements applicable to infrastructure and real estate projects.
