Apr 15, 2018 – Seven out of Canada's 10 provinces are represented in the latest list of the best cities to find a job released by the Bank of Montreal.

The even spread shows how Canada's labour market is performing well across the country, emerging from a period of oil-related decline in Alberta, and outright gains in British Columbia and Ontario.

Topping the quarterly BMO Regional Labour Market Report Card is Moncton, New Brunswick, in a major victory for the Atlantic provinces. The city is also the biggest mover in the last 12 months, up 32 places on its position a year ago. Employment in Moncton has risen nearly 10 per cent over the course of the last year.
