Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3,664 people to apply for Permanent Residence to Canada through Express Entry. ​156 more invitations were issued today compared to the last draw on January 25, 2017.

February 8, 2017 – Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3,664 people to apply for Permanent Residence to Canada through Express Entry. ​156 more invitations were issued today compared to the last draw on January 25, 2017. This round has surpassed all previous draws and is the largest number of invitations ever pulled since the program began on January 31st, 2015. The lowest qualifying score was 447, a drop of 6 points from the last round which allowed for more candidates to be accepted.
