Ontario immigration is set to make changes to its Entrepreneur Stream to make the process easier for applicants.
In proposals announced this month, the province says it will:
- Make video interviews permanent to speed up the arrival of candidates in Canada.
- Monitor applicants less often as they establish their businesses here.
Ontario officials have proposed changes to two immigration regulations: 422/17 (General) and 421/17 (Approvals under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program and Other Matters).
