At Green and Spiegel LLP, we know that entering the United States—even with proper documentation—can sometimes be unpredictable. That's why we're proud to launch our Attorney Accessibility Program, a proactive legal support service designed to ensure you're never alone at the border.
What Is the Attorney Accessibility Program?
The Program is built to provide real-time legal representation for individuals seeking admission to the U.S. It ensures that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is aware that you are represented by legal counsel, and that your attorney is available to assist if needed.
When you enroll, you'll receive:
- A letter of representation from one of our experienced immigration attorneys; and
- A signed Form G-28, authorizing your attorney to communicate directly with CBP on your behalf.
These documents serve as proof of representation and can be presented to CBP officers during your entry process.
What the Program Covers
This Program is designed to support your arrival and admission, not to prepare a full "Entry Packet." You'll need to:
- Carry the appropriate documentation.
- Be able to clearly explain the purpose of your travel and your eligibility for admission.
We're happy to schedule a pre-travel consultation to walk through your situation and help you feel confident before your trip.
Enrollment Details
- Cost: $1,000 per individual
- Coverage: All U.S. admissions for the duration of 2025 and 2026
To get started, you'll complete a short Firm Questionnaire to provide updated biographical details and supporting documents. Even if you've worked with us before, we ask that you resubmit this information so we can prepare your letter of representation with the most current data.
What If Things Get Complicated?
In the unlikely event that you are detained or placed in removal proceedings, the Program fee will be applied as a deposit toward any additional legal services. This could include:
- Bond hearings
- Master or individual hearings before an immigration judge
While the Program is designed for quick support (calls, emails, CBP interactions), it also provides a foundation for deeper legal assistance if needed.
