Jun 19, 2019 – Invitations through the Quebec Expression of Interest system will start to be issued in the coming weeks after the passing of Bill 9 scrapped the backlog of existing Quebec Skilled Worker applications.

Nearly 115,000 profiles have already been registered in the 'Arrima' system since it opened in September 2018.
