October 2019 – Kinstellar has successfully advised INVESTIKA realitní fond, OPF (Czech real estate fund) on the acquisition and refinancing of the Galerie Butovice, shopping centre in Prague 5, from funds managed by Cromwell Property Group.
The retail complex registers more than 80 tenants and has nearly 100 per cent occupancy. The property offers more than 50,000 sq m of lettable area and more than 1,400 parking places for visitors. The largest tenants include Kika, Albert, H&M and Electro World. It is the first pure retail acquisition for INVESTIKA, which contributes to its segment diversification. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
