KLA Hires Letícia Marques To Strengthen Its Environmental Law Area

KLA expands its Environmental Law area by hiring Leticia Yumi Marques, a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in the area and has been working with major law firms. She will work alongside partner Paulo Prado as co-head of a group of five professionals dedicated to environmental issues such as contaminated area management, due diligence, protected area management and biodiversity conservation, environmental licensing, defense of notices of infraction and negotiations with environmental agencies and federal and state public prosecutor offices for several sectors, especially real estate and infrastructure. Leticia is concluding her master's degree in Sustainability from USP, she is a university professor and author of legal books and articles.
