Toronto (Canada) – Darren Lund joins Fasken as a partner in the Estate Planning group at the Firm's Toronto office.
Darren's practice is focused on estate planning, estate administration, and private client service matters. He regularly assists clients with complex multiple will planning, family trusts, alter ego and joint partner trusts, marriage contracts, business succession, estate freezes, charitable gift and tax planning, planning for individuals with disabilities, cross-border planning and powers of attorney. He also advises on estate planning aspects of assisted reproduction and posthumous conception.
