Martin Henderson is recognized in the Securities, Commercial, Municipal Law and Aboriginal areas. Martin's practice involves the negotiation, litigation and resolution of commercial disputes, the avoidance and determination of conflicts with governments and Indigenous Nations, and protecting his clients' rights in environmental disputes.

Tim Lowman is recognized in Intellectual Property. Tim is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario and has more than 40 years of experience as counsel in a broad range of commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Steve Tenai is recognized in the Government and Regulatory, Commercial and Class Action areas. Steve's practice focuses on class action, securities, M&A, corporate, commercial, oppression and privacy related litigation. He has defended over a dozen securities and consumer related class actions.

Fiona Brown represents clients in litigation arising out of the employment relationship, including wrongful and constructive dismissal litigation and matters before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Brian Chung maintains a general corporate and commercial litigation practice, and frequently represents clients involved in disputes relating to real estate, municipal, construction and quasi-criminal regulatory matters.

Amy Grenon has significant experience representing clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters. Her practice includes all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on complex interjurisdictional IP litigation.
