Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team is growing across the Channel Islands with the appointment of two senior Advocates in the Jersey and Guernsey teams.
In Jersey, contentious trusts specialist Advocate Damian Evans has joined as Counsel.
Legal 500 ranks Damian as a Leading Individual, describing him as 'extremely intelligent, brilliant in court, unfailingly practical and results-driven'.
With seven years’ experience as a Jersey Advocate, most recently heading the contentious trust team at a Jersey law firm, Damian specialises in commercial litigation including insolvency, contractual disputes, fraud, regulatory and trust disputes.
