The process of registration in the notary public authorities has a great importance in keeping and proving different rights so that we pay great attention in this sector; as we provide a specialized team of notarial lawyers in handling and finishing the notarization procedures before the notary public offices all over Egypt.

Notary Public offices perform certain services and duties ranging from attesting the signature and execution of documents, authenticating the execution and content of documents, administering the oaths and declarations, providing documents to deal with the administration of the estate of people who are abroad or own property abroad, notarizing statements by wording statements accompanied by notarial certificate, notarizing the documents and certifying the true copy of original documents, issuing power of attorney (POA) for ownership or property lease or for a lawyer and maintaining book records for each one on each transaction; as the notary public will record the details of date of each item notarized, the name and address of the signer and the means by which the notary verified the signer's identity.

The Egyptian laws necessitated that certain transactions have to be registered and notarized at the notary public office, such as:

1- The sale contracts;

2- The writs of validity and force case;

3- The verdicts of the validity and force case;

4- The inheritance of a deceased;

5- The guarantees of mortgage applications; and

6- The wills.

The procedures of the notarization differ from one case to another depending on the kind of documents needed to be notarized.
