SPEAKERS
Milly Hung

Milly is a Partner in the Employment, Litigation, Disputes Resolution and Arbitration Department of Messrs. Stevenson, Wong & Co. She has over 20 year’s experiences to advise on litigatious matters both in civil and criminal cases to the local government, foreign and PRC corporate entities or individuals specialized in the practices of employment, aviation and transport, insurance and personal injuries. Milly has expertized to advise several local airlines in aviation matters and PRC insurance companies in Hong Kong insurance matters. Aiming to contribute to the community, she has previously served as the Chairman of Appeal Tribunals (Building Ordinance), Adjudicator to the Registration of Persons Tribunal and member of the Transport Tribunal. She is currently a member of Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.

Michael Lau

Michael is a Senior Associate of Stevenson, Wong & Co. and his main practice focuses on litigation, dispute resolution and employment laws. He regularly advises clients on contentious and noncontentious employment matters and has experience in representing clients to enforce non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality and obtaining injunctions. He has handled discrimination cases, harassment cases and complaints from the Equal Opportunities Commission. Michael also gives practical legal advice to clients on transfer of employees, lay-off, data protection and internal managements. Michael is an Associate of Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
