Cory Sumsion is a Sr. Director in the Legal Department at eBay Inc. based in its Salt Lake City office.  Cory leads a commercial legal team that supports the Real Estate, Data Centers, Core Product and Technology, Finance, HR, Tax, Risk, and other shared services departments.   He also leads the global Contracts Administration team that supports the end-to-end contract management function and related systems.  An advocate of leveraging technology in the in-house legal space, his teams have streamlined processes by automating routine functionality and integrating AI into the contract review and analysis.

Vice President - Contract Management (MedImpact)

Rod leads teams that support the sales, buy-side and pharmacy contract process, as well as MedImpact’s Procurement and Vendor Relations teams.  Rod’s teams provide support to MedImpact’s Sales, Account, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Network, International, IT, Health Services, Government Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, and affiliate/subsidiary company teams for all contract and negotiation services. Prior to his career in health care, Rod was Assistant News Editor at the Newhall Signal in Santa Clarita, California and a Staff Writer at the Los Angeles Times in the Glendale, California bureau. Rod is a member of World Commerce & Contracting’s United States Council and also a WorldCC Fellow.

Kirk is an experienced legal counsel and business strategist (JD/MBA) with proven success managing in volatile, high-paced/high-stakes environments.  He is an attorney who has been a former U.S. diplomat. He is a member in good standing of both the Illinois and Wisconsin state bars.  He is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, entrusted with top secret security clearance for over 15 years. He has excellent cross-cultural management and communication skills. Kirk's keys competencies include contracts and negotiations, organizational change and strategy as well as program and people management.

In his 30+ years of experience, Marc has held senior management roles in General Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
