An SEC final rule that requires individuals in administrative proceedings to file and serve documents electronically was published in the Federal Register. The rule amendments go into effect on January 29, 2021, except for Instruction 8, which goes into effect on July 12, 2021. Compliance with the amended rules is required by April 12, 2021.
