OFAC removed four entities and four vessels from the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List ("SDN List") and revoked General License 37 ("Authorizing the Wind Down of Transactions Involving Delos Voyager Shipping Ltd, Romina Maritime Co Inc., and Certain Vessels").

OFAC had previously sanctioned the entities and vessels under EO 13850 ("Blocking Property of Additional Persons Contributing to the Situation in Venezuela") due to their activities related to Venezuela's oil sector. As previously covered, OFAC issued General License 37 to authorize the wind down of transactions involving two of the entities and their respective vessels. With the removal of these entities and vessels from the SDN List, the wind-down authorization is no longer necessary.
