Richard Levy, Jr., Partner in Pryor Cashman's Bankruptcy, Reorganization + Creditors' Rights Group, will again be a panelist at the Annual CLE Weekend of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, to be held at the Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine, on May 17-19, 2019.

The panel on which Levy will participate, "The Annual Bankruptcy Update," reports on hot topics in bankruptcy that are of particular interest to secured creditors. Joining Levy on the panel are U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mindy A. Mora of Florida, retired U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Joel B. Rosenthal of Massachusetts, and other senior bankruptcy law practitioners.

In addition to joining in the panel's discussion of bankruptcy developments during the past year, Levy's presentations will include: recent bankruptcy cases in the U.S. Supreme Court including, in particular, the treatment of trademark licenses, and the effect of bankruptcy upon arbitration of debtor-creditor disputes; and the ability of creditors to obtain allowance of their attorneys' fees incurred in bankruptcy cases.
