President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. designated Todd M. Harper as the National Credit Union Administration's ("NCUA") twelfth board chair. Mr. Harper, currently an NCUA board member, succeeds Rodney Hood, who will continue to serve as a board member.
Prior to joining the NCUA as director of the Office of Public and Congressional Affairs, and chief policy advisor to former NCUA chairs Debbie Matz and Rick Metsger, Mr. Harper served as staff director of the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance, and Government-Sponsored Enterprises.
