On May 26, 2020, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that it will extend the temporary closure of its Trusted Traveler Program Enrollment Centers until at least July 6, 2020.  These centers serve to process applications for Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, and FAST programs.  Mobile enrollment events for the Global Entry program are also suspended until further notice.  Those who have been conditionally approved/accepted into one of these programs are required to present themselves for in-person interviews in order to have their applications processed.  Those interviews will need to be rescheduled online by applicants before the applications can be completed.

Those who currently have Trusted Traveler benefits will receive up to an 18 month extension on their current approvals so long as they apply for renewal prior to the expiration of the current approved membership date.
