For the fifth consecutive year, Envoy Global partnered with The Harris Poll to survey more than 400 hiring managers and HR professionals across industries, and we uncovered some particularly valuable information on today's immigration landscape and employer trends ahead of the 2020 presidential election. Over the past year, employers saw the demand for foreign talent increase at its most rapid pace, the U.S. immigration system remained a pain point for HR professionals and two-way talent took on new significance as employees looked for meaningful outbound assignments.
