Labor and employment attorney Grant Osborne and litigator Amy Wooten are teaming up for a dynamic presentation on workplace-based sexual discrimination and force majeure provisions in construction contracts. 

They will speak during the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) South Atlantic Region Annual Conference. The virtual event kicks off Friday, November 6, and will contain a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions. Grant and Amy will give a live presentation on opening day at 11 a.m. Other topics covered during the two-day conference include gardens and blue roofs, green home building, special inspections in construction, and much more.
